There are many skills and techniques in LEARNING MOUNTAIN BIKING. Some are easy to learn and some are harder and take more time and practice to get down. Easy ones are as simple as seat height adjustment and the harder ones are techniques like Bunny Hopping or Wheelies. This two will help you get over obstacles like tree roots or big rocks that you may run into on your rides.
